I am an experienced facilitator, community builder and evaluator with an entrepreneurial spirit. I work across sectors including health, advocacy, climate and human rights
My main focus is strategic development for impact focused organisations. Through theory of change processes I help organisations articulate and achieve the change they seek.
I have over 20 years’ experience in international development and social impact with NGOs and the private sector.
Bringing people together for strategic conversations using participatory methods is a key feature of my work.

I have 20 years’ experience working in international health and the social impact sector. I’ve worked in
consulting and operational roles across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
I especially enjoy the quiet process that follows assimilating different sources of information and
perspectives; analysing, distilling and writing up key messages intended for impact.I also love engaging in strategic development processes, helping teams to connect with their journey ahead.
